This October, Nero Nero Penang welcomes Chef Matteo, Chef & Owner of Brezza, for a special culinary collaboration celebrating the flavours and traditions of Tuscany.

For a limited time, Chef Matteo brings the spirit of Brezza to Nero Nero with a menu inspired by classic Tuscan cooking, where quality produce, thoughtful technique and bold yet uncomplicated flavours take centre stage.

The Menu

The experience begins with a selection of Antipasti, including Irish Gallagher Oysters, Brezza style, Mackerel with liquid tomato salad, Beef Tongue Carpaccio with pickles and green sauce, and Octopus and Chicken Skewer with paprika garlic sauce and fresh herbs. Also featured is Light Cacciucco, a seafood soup served with bruschetta.

For the Primi, guests can discover Fresh Fettuccine with shrimp tartare, stracciatella cheese and crushed pistachio, alongside Asparagus Risotto with bottarga and a touch of lemon.

The Secondi showcase Roasted Calamari with white beans, black olives, rosemary and mint, Veal Chops with glazed shallots and fresh spinach, and one of Tuscany’s most iconic dishes, Bistecca alla Fiorentina, prepared in the classic Florentine style.

To finish, the Dolci selection includes Homemade Cannoli filled with ricotta, Puff Pastry with custard and red fruits, and the traditional Italian dessert Zuppa Inglese.

Available exclusively at Nero Nero Penang from 14th to 18th October 2026, A Taste of Tuscany brings together Nero Nero and Brezza for five days dedicated to the flavours of one of Italy’s most celebrated culinary regions.
