Flavours of Sardinia at Nero Nero Penang!
Nero Nero Penang brings the flavours of Sardinia to the table with a limited-time Sardinian Food Festival.
From 20th to 24th May 2026, join us for a special dining experience led by Chef Valentina Frau, International Events Head Chef of Accademia COI and Ristorante Pizzeria Sa Scolla in Cagliari, together with Chef Mattia Fois, Executive Chef of Nero Nero.
The menu celebrates the island’s coastal flavours, rustic traditions, and handmade pastas, featuring Sardinian-inspired dishes such as culurgiones, malloreddus, fregola with clams, seafood stew, handmade pappardelle, lamb, fresh seafood, and regional desserts.
For one week only, experience a menu shaped by Sardinia’s deep culinary heritage, from the simplicity of fresh ingredients to the richness of recipes passed through generations.
